Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance so we are able to fill the slot for someone else. All payments may be applied to a future training if there is a life emergency (to be determined by Unifying Solutions as an emergency). A payment may be transferred to another person. The person transferring their reservation for the training will collect funds directly from the person taking their place.
